We have returned!

Yesterday I turned 26 and Geof got his first visit from the Tooth Fairy. Oh yeah and we flew home from Wisconsin too! I'm glad to be back, but I really enjoyed myself while we were gone....and I'm pretty sure Geof feels the same way. This trip was filled with many firsts for the both of us. Geof went sledding for the first time, held a brand new baby, went to Chuck E. Cheese, had and lost his first loose tooth, and used the airplane bathroom! I drove in snow, had my first "spa day" ever and also used the airplane bathroom! Silly stuff I know but we're easily amused. The "spa day" was a birthday gift from the friends we visited in Wisconsin. I got a massage, manicure, and pedicure...all firsts for me as well. I was a ball of mush afterwards...sooooo nice. Later I got the worst headache of my life complete with dizzy spells, semi-tunnel vision, and nausea all of this while visiting a Chuck E. Cheese. I thought I was going to die! Luckily I survived and Geof had a really great time. I later learned that after a massage you're supposed to drink an insane amount of water to flush the toxins from the body. Oops. I'll know better for next time, I guess.

A little aside to all the parents out there....what's the going rate for a tooth these days anyway? The Tooth Fairy left Geof a dollar...he was expecting a quarter.
